SHIPPING AND HANDLING-

ORDER PROCESSING - Orders are processed within 48 hrs of time received.

CANCELLATION POLICY -Cancellation must be made within 24hrs of time placed via email. Cancellation after 24hrs will be subject to a 50 percent restocking fee and shipping and handling fee.

RETURN POLICY - Return are accepted by mail within 14 days of the order shipment date. All orders must be confirm/approved before returned via email. Unused merchandise with tickets attached and intact will be accepted for a full refund when accompanied by invoice slip. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment minus shipping charges.
